Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and ublitz.io LLC (“we”) about Dice Kingdom (“the game”). By playing, you accept them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.

1. The game

Dice Kingdom is a game of bluffing with dice. Nothing in the game is gambling: you never stake money or anything of value on a result, and nothing you win can be cashed out.

2. Your account

Online play uses a guest account tied to this installation. If you delete the game or its data without linking an account, the guest account and its online progress cannot be recovered. Purchases of permanent items can be restored from the App Store or Google Play.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share it, sell it or use another player’s account.

3. Crowns and items

• Crowns are a virtual currency for buying cosmetic items in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred between players.
• You can earn crowns by playing and by watching optional ads, or buy them. Daily limits apply to some ways of earning.
• Items are cosmetic. They do not change who wins.
• We may change prices, items and earning rates. We will not remove an item you bought from your collection, except when the purchase is refunded or reversed, or when these terms are broken.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the crowns or items it paid for are removed.

4. Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by them. A purchase is confirmed by our server with the store before it is granted; if confirmation fails, the store offers it again later.

Royal Pass. A season of the Royal Pass lasts the dates shown in the game. Its free track is for every player; its Royal track is one purchase for that season, which does not renew. You reach the rewards of both tracks by playing before the season ends, and every reward is shown before you buy. Rewards you reach and do not collect are collected for you when the season ends. A season’s rewards do not change once it has started. A season’s items may later be offered in the Store for crowns, except its Royal title. If the Royal track is refunded or charged back, its items and crowns are removed; what you reached on the free track stays. If we ever stop the Royal Pass, what you reached by then, on the free track or the Royal track you bought, is still given.

5. Playing fair

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, modify the game, or exploit bugs;
• collude with other players at the same table;
• use offensive, hateful or misleading display names;
• harass other players, including through emotes;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer our servers;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, crowns or items outside the game.

Players can report others from the table. We review reports and may warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts, remove items, or reset balances gained by cheating. Serious or repeated cases lose access to online play.

6. Friend chat

Friend chat is for friends only: text messages to a friend, and at a private room’s table while everyone seated is friends with each other. Before your first message the game shows these rules and asks you to accept them; if they change, it asks again before your next message.

• Be kind. Do not use chat to harass, bully, threaten or insult anyone, to share sexual or hateful content, or to impersonate others.
• Keep personal details private: do not share phone numbers, addresses, social media accounts, other contact details or links. Links are removed and listed words are hidden automatically; that does not make an unacceptable message acceptable.
• Any message, or a whole conversation, can be reported, and blocking a player ends chat with them both ways at once. We review reports, with a copy of the conversation’s last 20 messages, and may remove chat, or restrict, suspend or ban accounts.
• Messages are deleted 30 days after they are sent.
• Chat is never open to players under 13. In countries with stricter rules for minors (Brazil, and others we add), it opens only once your app store confirms you are an adult; elsewhere, players aged 13 to 17 chat with their friends like anyone else.

7. Ads

The game shows ads unless you buy Remove Ads, which stops between-matches ads and the banner on the menu screens. Rewarded ads are always optional.

8. Availability and changes

The game is provided “as is”. Online play may be interrupted for maintenance or outages. We may change, add or remove features, and may end online play with reasonable notice. If online play ends, single-player play will keep working on the device.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your online account at any time from Settings. We may end these terms for an account that breaks them.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
